Over the years, ExtremeTix has been lucky to build a team full of dedicated and talented people. One of these people is our Marketing Manager, Jonathan Chadima. He started with the company in 2015 as part of our Sales team but having a degree in Marketing, he was very drawn to that department and saw an opportunity to put his skills to use. I sat down with Jonathan to ask about his experience with ExtremeTix.
What attracts you to marketing?
I’ve always marketed my whole life. I just didn’t realize that’s what it was at the time. I love solving problems and figuring out better, more efficient way to do things. Marketing fulfills that for me.
What new things have you brought to the department?
I’ve introduced a lot of new tools that have helped us and our clients become more successful - such as email marketing campaigns, CRM integration, and a focus on using analytics for business development. I also took the initiative to start the company’s most recent rebranding.
What’s unique about marketing for a ticketing provider?
Marketing to ticket-buyers. Because we have such diverse clientele, we have to convey messages differently from each and every client. We take their specific goal and turn that into something they can utilize. I find that very interesting.
What do you like most about ExtremeTix?
What I like about this company is that we’re not afraid to try something new. Because of that, we’ve been able to accelerate the growth of this department considerably. My favorite part of my job is being able to put this company on the map. Due to our marketing efforts, more people know us as a ticketing provider than ever before.
