Tony and Chad have spent all day at the Ticketing Technology Forum and have reported back to us about all the things they’re learning. Here’s what each of them had to say:
Chad: “Earlier we listened to a panel of startups and disruptors that are focused on making the ticketing experience more personable and creating that 1:1 experience with the customer. Before that was a presentation on how to bring marketing back and collaborate with technology to make your brand personable again and get away from marketing as a product and move to providing an experience.
There's a lot of discussion on how to leverage mobile technologies for a better consumer experience, especially in the European and Asian markets. I've enjoyed hearing all of the different ways people and companies are generating intimate and exciting experiences with their customers and can't wait to brainstorm back home on how we can further enhance our own offerings to exceed our client's expectations.”
Tony: “Data, data and more data was the early focus at TTF yesterday. UI and integration with the secondary markets are hot topics and there’s plenty new trends to learn about. It’s been great to meet and learn from so many neat people from different organizations.
Today has been all about focusing on fan/customers via data capture and reaching them via social channels. Here’s a capture of a panel session today of ticketing startups from the secondary market, aggregator and event management sides.”
It's been a truly amazing experience for our entire team. We're bringing back ticketing trends to apply to our practices, we got to network with ticketing professionals from all over the world, and we're bring back home with us our Move To Mobile award!
